Notes:
New and factory sealed. Slight shelfwear on the corners and a small dent on the front side of the slipcase. Official and genuine Region 2 release from France. Disc contains the English language version and the original French version with optional English subtitles. In the French version of the movie Jane Fonda is dubbed into French. Special features are in French. This is a French release with French writing on the case and on the insert/cover. Blu-Ray discs don't play on DVD players, to play them a Blu-Ray player is required. All eBay UK listings include British VAT. With the exclusion of shipments to Northern Ireland eBay collects and remits UK VAT to HMRC. A customs declaration form is attached to all shipments and the shipping documents will bear evidence that VAT has been collected. With this information on the shipping documents and considering the item values, the shipments should clear customs quickly.

Returns and Refunds:
Unless not stated otherwise in the description the items are new and sealed. Items may be returned within 30 days after receipt for a full refund of the initial payment (item price and delivery charges). Items have to be returned in the same condition they have been received. That means that new and sealed DVDs, Blu-Rays, CDs or other media can only be returned as long as they are still sealed. By breaking the seal on those items the unconditional right to return them and to cancel a purchase expires. Unless not agreed otherwise the buyer has to cover return postage and is responsible for choosing an appropriate shipping method. When an item is faulty it can be returned for an exchange and the return delivery cost will be refunded through eBay Payments. When an item is not as described (objectionable inaccuracies being limited to region coding, available languages and subtitles) it can be returned for a full refund including return delivery cost. Please note that incompatibility with the equipment (e.g. wrong region or buyer ordered a Blu-Ray instead of a DVD) does not qualify as deficiency.
