Vintage 1977 Kurt S Adler Fairy Tale Hickory Dickory Dock Wooden Christmas Ornament.
I have three of these and they're all slightly different, you will get the exact one pictured. This one has a small metal loop at the top for hanging. The mouse has squared off ears and a white tail. The pendulum is hooked through the back of the clock and is glued down. The face of the clock is surrounded by a round gold sticker. Due to the age of the ornament, it may have marks or glue spots. This also came from a smoker's home, so it may be discolored or have a smell to it.
