Booklet/Insert : original front insert only, too big for slim case.
(Original case was too damaged).
CD front/back : Like new.
I examine all my cds for flaws as I list them under my desk lamp.
If cd has "minor" scuffs, it gets listed.( my experience is that it will usually play just fine).
If cd has REALLY UGLY SCUFFS....I give it to my dog !!
