The Maxell LTO1 or Maxell LTO Ultrium 1 data cartridge has a capacity of 100GB native and up to 200GB compressed capacity. The Maxell LTO1 tape cartridge can be read and written to in an LTO Ultrium 1 drive, can be read and written to in an LTO Ultrium 2 drive, or can be read in an LTO Ultrium 3 drive. The Maxell LTO 1 tape can be used in any brand of LTO1, LTO2 or LTO3 drive as long as it has the LTO Ultrium logo.
