Seel plush Pokemon Playables keychain-pokeball 1999.  This guy has been encased in this poke Ball over 20 years since he was made.  Stored in a boring dark closet with no smoke or pets...You ought to buy him and release him to play with your other Plush toys from the Pokemon craze ere of 1999.  Applause first made same scale plush "Playables" as Battle Playsets...with 2 different toys in a box.  This guy is from the next production (still 1999) where there were more different toys...but same scale as other Playables
