Your purchase will be inspected as best we are able to find any flaws, but please notify us as soon as possible to let us know if we missed something. They will be carefully wrapped with care to ensure safe arrival at your home or place of work. However, if it is not signed for by you it does not mean we do not have a record of the delivery.
We do not profit from shipping but remember the shipping includes the packaging which is sometimes extensive and expensive depending on the protection needed to get your purchase to you safely & undamaged.
When returning an item you must package it in suitable good condition packaging so that the item returned to us reaches us in the same condition as when it left us.

If it is not an items with free shipping, we will not refund postage because we have paid this out of our pocket unless, of course it is our mistake or our problem. We will however cover your postage fees to send the item back to us.
