Seppa(Spacer):
The seppa are washers used in front of and behind the tsuba to tighten the fittings, seppa can be ornate or plain. Two Seppas secure the Tsuba (if the tsuba is not so tight after a long time, you can disassemble the sword and put more seppas there). Position between tsuba and margin. Absorb shock and prevent tsuba, direct contact with the blade to strengthen the blade.
