This stunning ring is set with a certificated, natural, earth-mined princess cut diamond, weighing a considerable 2.00 carat and possesses excellent finish grade.  Including the diamonds set into the band, the total diamond-weight of this ring is 2.50 carat.

This diamond is of white colour G, which means that it is a beautifully white diamond.

It is of very good VS2 clarity, so it is a particularly transparent diamond - totally clean to the naked eye.

A modern princess-cut diamond integrates the incredible fire that is associated with the round brilliant-cut, with the contemporary appearance of a square stone.  The princess-cut was designed for achieving maximum brilliance from a square-cut gemstone. Its flat table also acts as a window into the heart of the diamond, which allows one to see the true, animated, beauty of its interior.  It also appears to weigh more than its true carat-weight, due to the flat spread of the table.

Its finish is graded as excellent. In addition to a diamond's colour, clarity and carat-weight, the quality of a diamond's finish will also make an enormous difference to its overall brilliance and lustre.

The band is set with a total of 0.50 carat of round brilliant cut diamonds of approximate colour G and clarity VS2 - to match the diamond solitaire. These diamonds make a truly beautiful frame for the centre stone. 

The ring is heavily-made of solid, fully-hallmarked platinum 950, the noblest of the precious metals. When you wear platinum, the other precious metals fade in significance: It is non-allergenic and has a density and richness that is second-to-none. Its natural whiteness is permanent, requiring no maintenance whatsoever. The ring is currently a UK size M (USA size 6 1/2) but could easily be re-sized to fit, if necessary.

The centre diamond solitaire is fully-certificated by EDR.  EDR's fully-equipped, state of the art, diamond grading laboratory is based in London.  An EDR diamond certificate guarantees that the gemstone examined is a natural diamond.  It contains a description of the diamond, including details of: carat-weight, colour, clarity, cut and finish.  The EDR diamond certificate supplied with this ring states that the diamond is of the quality indicated above.

The ring will come in an impressive light box (see photo above).  When the box is opened, an inbuilt LED light automatically comes on and shines directly at the ring, causing the diamonds to sparkle to the maximum effect.  It looks absolutely fantastic and always brings a gasp from the person opening the box for the first time.  (The light box will also come inside another protective box).

An appraisal for insurance purposes is also supplied, which values the ring at £42,750.
