The Southern Seasoning was first made by Sycamore Hill Farms in 1988. The Southern Seasoning is both a marinate and table seasoning. Ben says "It's Good On Anything" is more than a slogan; It's the absolute truth! Beef, pork, chicken, seafood, vegetables, rice, soup, eggs, you name it. Cook with it or sprinkle it on for a better alternative than plain salt.

The Dry Red Meat Rub has been made by us since 1990. It is a wonderful marinate seasoning for beef, pork, venison, and shrimp. It was first made to season ribs and Boston Butts and has continued to be a favorite for many who purchased this dry rub in the past years. It doesn't take more than a medium sprinkle to do the job. 1 lb should be able to season 40 to 60 lbs of meat and give good results. Best used at least 2 hours prior to cooking. If you season the meat the night before is even better. It doesn't take much to turn your next meal into a taste you'll remember.

We only package seasonings in resealable poly zip bags of 16 oz. Use a suitable shaker that you like to dispense seasonings.

The nutrition information is correct except for serving size.
Dry Red Rub serving size is 5 gr or 91 tsp per 16 oz bag.
The Southern Seasoning serving is 1/4 tsp or 1.2 gr or 378 servings per 16 oz bag.
