Shipping Policy

All items ship within one business day of payment. Shipments are processed Monday through Saturday. Any payments received after 12 noon Pacific Standard Time Saturday will ship the following Monday. Some items may also be able to be picked up locally, please contact us ahead of time to set up a pickup.  All International orders will go through eBay’s Global Shipping Program.

 Return Policy

You may return any item that you buy from Avalon Resale for a refund of your purchase price within 30 days of receiving the item. We want all buyers to be happy and all buyers to get a great deal but we sell everything at a very small profit so we cannot generally afford to refund shipping costs on returned items.  If an item is defective and you are in the Continental U.S., we WILL pay return shipping and a refund will be promptly made upon receiving the product return.

Please contact us directly before starting a “not as described” complaint or attempting to return anything you buy from us. We want you to be happy so we will do whatever it takes to make you happy.  Returned items must be returned with all parts, paperwork and packaging we sent it to you with and must be returned in the condition we sent it to you.
