BUYING                        

.  You are buying new and/or potentially used & worn items which means items may have some wear & defects consistent with their age/wear. I describe my items as honestly, as accurately and to the best of my knowledge through description, details, condition, measurements and photographs.  Listing any known imperfections (holes, stains, fading, missing buttons etc).  I may occasionally miss some minor flaws, but I feel that these would in no way take away from the item

.   Please refer to the Details, Description, Condition, Measurements and Photographs given on each item, as these are part of the condition listing and they are part of the condition of the item that you are purchasing.  

.  Buying "AS IS" & FINAL SALE. 

.  All Sizes are estimates - keep in mind that sizing can vary

.  Please verify measurements – NO RETURNS for items that don’t fit. 

.  Please keep in mind all monitors display colors differently - no returns for color variations/differences.  

.  Some items are larger than my models, so they may have been pinned or clipped to show an ideal fit. 

.  Some items may have been altered, shortened or modified by a professional seamstress for a more desirable fit or look. 

.  Items may have had a previous life and I do not know the environment from which they came, relative to allergies and odors.

.  Packaging/Items may have minor marks/scuffs - refer to photographs.   

.  Items have NOT been Laundered or Professionally Dry Cleaned - I leave this up to the new owner. 

.  Items may have accessories & clothing - jewelry, handbags, shoes, belts etc. added for photo details, they are NOT INCLUDED in the purchase price - unless specifically stated.

PAYMENT

 .  I accept Payment through PayPal Only! 

 .  Payment MUST be made IMMEDIATELY on BUY-IT-NOW!

 .  An UNPAID Item Dispute will automatically be opened if payment is not received. 

 .  Florida residents will be charged applicable Florida State Sales Tax. 

 RETURNS 

 .  No RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS or PARTIAL REFUNDS!  This includes but not limited to - Changing Mind; Wrong Size; Wrong Fit; Wrong Color; Buyer’s Remorse; Found Cheaper etc. 

 .  In the rare event you feel that the item has been grossly misrepresented or a fatal flaw was discovered, please contact me IMMEDIATELY - WITHIN 2 hours of delivery.   Please expect to exchange photographs & details.  Certain circumstances may require the item to be returned to me for an evaluation.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  If a refund is due, then I would happily refund your full purchase price + original shipping charges.

 MEASUREMENTS 

.  Measurements are taken to the best of my ability, from the outside of the garment, while the garment is lying flat, then doubled.  USA Standard Measurements in Inches – unless Noted!

 SHIPPING 

.  I ship Worldwide, with Exceptions.

.  I follow each Countries Restricted or Prohibited Items (e.g. Fur/Eau de Parfum/Perfume)! 

.  Buyer is responsible for all Shipping Costs! 

.  I ship all items within 2-3 business days! 

.  I ship ONLY to confirmed addresses through Ebay/PayPal! 

.  Buyers assumes ALL responsibility to Lost, Stolen, Damaged and Non Delivered Items! 

.  I am NOT responsible for the time taken for the Shipping and Customs Process! 

.  I reserve the right to add Extra Shipping Services (Packaging/Handling/Certified/Registered/Signature    Required/Tracking + Insurance) this is to Guarantee & verify Delivery, which in turn helps to Protects Your Purchase.  This fee would be included in the Handling Fee. 

.  I do NOT refund or give partial refunds on shipping costs, this is an automatic calculation through Ebay and the shipping provider. 

.  I do recycle Shipping Box’s & Packaging.

Domestic Shipping 

.  USA purchases ship USPS Priority Mail, Priority Flat Rate Mail with USPS Tracking; UPS, Fed Ex or other Shipping Service as designated.   

International Shipping 

.  International purchases ship Global Shipping Program, USPS - Priority Mail, Priority Flat Rate. 

.  Buyer assumes ALL Risks – lost, damaged, stolen or undelivered. 

.  Any customs laws, fees or impact duties associated with receiving an item are NOT IN the Purchase Price or Shipping Costs.  

.  Please check with your Country's Customs/Duty/Import Office to determine what the additional costs will be prior to Purchasing.  

.  Custom Forms must be marked as Merchandise and at the Price Paid. 

.  Some items may NOT be able to be shipped Internationally - Restricted or Prohibited Items.

Restricted Items  

.  I have the right to determine what can or cannot be shipped internationally to align with country laws & regulations (Customs, Shipping, Bands, Restrictions etc.)

.  Examples of items that may NOT be ship internationally include but are NOT limited to Furs, Eau de Parfum/Perfume.  

Shipping Returns 

. If an item is returned to me by any Shipping Service – Global Shipping Program, Fed Ex, UPS, USPS, DHL  (unclaimed, undeliverable) or for any other reason, other than my mistake, the purchaser is responsible for the original shipping cost plus the additional shipping costs to resend the purchase.  I will contact the buyer, I must receive the return shipping payment within 7 days of contact.  Otherwise the Item will be Relisted for Sale.  NO Refund, Partial Refund OR Exchange will be given AND the purchase price will be forfeited. No exceptions!

WARRANTIES 

. No Warranties are Given or Honored on ANY items!  Items are SOLD AS-IS!       

ALLERGIES/ALLERGIC REACTIONS

.  I would not know Buyer specific Allergic or Allergies to Foods, Textiles (Fabrics), Chemicals, Fragrances etc.

.  Therefore buyer is releasing Love Rocks Vintage & owner of ALL Liabilities related to ANY Allergic/Allergies from LRV & LRM purchased items including but not limited to Foods, Textiles, Chemicals, Fragrances.  

.  Your Healthcare Professional and/or Dermatologist would be the person to contact if you need advise or have any further questions. 

.  Directly contacting the Manufacturer is also another option for the buyer if they have specific questions or need advise.

.  Below is some basic Steps & Tips found online to help buyers prevent Allergies/Allergic Reactions - this is not professional advise...contact your healthcare Professional.   

 Cosmetic/Fragrance: 

.  We all use beauty products on a regular basis, soap, shampoo, lotion, cologne, eau de perfume, perfume & make-up to name just a fews.  Oftentimes we fail to look over or determine ingredients that we might be allegic to or have an allergic reaction.  These are but NOT limited to Food, Textiles, Chemicals, Cosmetics, Fragrance (Eau de Parfum/Perfume, Cream, Body Lotion, Body Wash) ALL of which may cause Allergies or Allergic Reaction to certain people.   

Tips on how to AVOID allergies/allergic reactions to Cosmetic/Fragrance products:

.  Look at the Manufacturers label before use, determine if product has any allergic properties for your person.

.  Before using any product, you could choose to do a patch test.  You can do this by putting a small amount on the inside of your elbow and waiting for 48 to 72 hours.  Watch out for redness, itching or burning; and if you experience these, DO NOT USE the product.

.  When using Fragrance (Eau de Parfum/Perfume/Cologne/Cream/Lotion/Body wash etc.) apply on clothes, NOT on the skin.  This is to lessen the possibility of having an allergic reaction to the fragrance.

.  Labels such as "hypoallergenic" or "dermatologist tested" may seem reassuring, but there are no rules when it comes to the use of these labels on products.

.  Do NOT be misled by the word "natural" or "organic" on labels or product names. If you are allergic to the natural ingredient, you can have an allergic reaction to it. 

.  If you have any questions and/or concerns contact the Manufacturer or your health care professional.  

Textiles (Fabric):

.  I do NOT know Buyer's sensitivity to specific Textiles.  

.  I would NOT know the environment in which clothes have been previously stored or laundered.      

.  Textile contact dermatitis or clothing dermatitis can be defined as skin manifestation caused by wearing clothing and/or other fabrics that come into contact with the skin.  The source of the skin problem may be the fabric itself (i.e. reaction to textile fibers) or more commonly a contact allergy to the chemical additives used in processing the fabric, e.g. textile dyes and finishing agents.

.  If you suffer from textile contact dermatitis - AVOID all clothing or fabrics that contain the allergen you are sensitive to.  

.  Treatment for textile contact - REMOVE the offending fabric/clothing.  

.  Contact your Healthcare Professional (Dermatologist), they may have further specific advice, particularly if you are highly sensitive to particular textile allergens. 

Some Steps you can take to reducing contact dermatitis reactions include:

.  Wear clothing that is made out of natural fabrics such as cotton and linen

.  Wear clothing that is light colored as these will contain less dye

.  Wear loose fitting clothing in hot/humid environments

.  Avoid clothing that is labeled "non-iron" and "dirt-repellent" as it is likely these have been chemically treated.

.  Avoid clothing marked "wash separately" as this implies dyes easily bleed from the fabric.

CONDITION CHART 

. Brand New – Unworn and may still have Tags attached

. NWT – New With Tags

. NWOT – New Without Tags

. Dead Stock - Garment in original condition - never used/worn and may have the original tags attached.      These items may have some flaws (staining, fading etc.) from years of storage

. Mint - Item is as pristine as when it was originally made, shows no signs of wear

. Near Mint - Item shows only the slightest signs of wear

. Excellent - Item shows typical signs of wear consistent with its age and occasional wear/use

. Very Good - Item is considered wearable, but has some surface flaws (staining, fading, soiling etc)

. Good - Item is wearable, cut cannot be returned to excellent condition, may have noted flaws but is still    wearable. Fair - Item is barely wearable, could be used as a project piece or costume

. Poor - Item is NOT wearable, could be used as a pattern, project piece or costume.
