Large Antique Pair Boston Apothecary Bottles, Hand Painted Labels, 19th Century. Pair of large 13” ground glass apothecary bottles from an 1870-90 Boston, Mass. apothecary. Each bottle has original removeable ground glass stopper and meadures 13” tall by 4.5” wide. Labels are hand painted on glass. They appear to be a baldness tonic and a skin condition cure. They were made by Melvin and Badger on Temple place in Boston Mass. in excellent condition for age 1 bottle has rim cracks. See photos. A nice pair.
