SIZING GUIDELINES
To find your glove size, measure around your hand with a tape measure across your palm. You should use your dominant hand, the right if you are right-handed, and the left if you are left-handed.
Please Note: This size guide includes the best possible
estimated measurements we can give you to determine your size. You may
also need to take into consideration a few things before your final decision is
made.
1) Do you like a looser or tighter fitting glove?
a) If looser, go up a size if you are in
between
b) If tighter, go down a size if you are
in between
2) In order to ensure you are getting the dexterity we
intended for each model, you should be able to just slightly pinch the edge of
the fingertips (leaving approx. 1/4 inch at the fingertips). The small
space at the edge of the fingertips allows warm air to circulate once the glove
heats up.
3) Gloves with short gauntlets and/or freeride models (i.e.
vertical cut freeride) tend to have a snugger fit than our gloves with long
gauntlets (i.e. Heli glove).

STANDARD RETURN POLICY:
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON USED OR INSTALLED ITEMS.
- Item must be brand new in original packaging.
- Buyer must contact us for an RMA#.
- All returns have a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- Refund will be of the final price minus restocking fee minus the original shipping (if an item had free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund after the 20% restocking fee)
All new parts are guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with a part, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange. All sales at Performance Products Warehouse are considered final.
Installed or modified parts cannot be returned. All returned parts must be in new condition in their original packaging. Labor, installation, and shipping costs are not refundable. If an item has free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by Performance Products Warehouse will be deducted from any refund issued.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please insure & including tracking for all returns in case they get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Please Note: If you refuse an order that has been shipped to you, it will then fall under our standard return policy. Any round trip shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Also, refused packages can take up to 18 days to be processed.
Problems with order: Please inspect merchandise at the time of receipt. Any problems must be reported within 48 hours of receipt. All claims for shortages must be made within 48 hours of receipt also.
