Use:

  - For previously washed and dried hair, apply to your entire hair, then massage lightly onto the scalp, comb your hair to distribute the oil evenly from root to tip. Finally, wrap your hair in a slightly damp and warm towel and leave to stand overnight. The next morning, remove the mask with a shampoo. 

Do this at least twice a week.

  - For the body, apply the oil directly to the skin by massaging until it is completely absorbed by the skin with a circular massage.
