Rare & Incredible Vintage Designer White Hot Pink Lace Velvet Burnout Daisy Formal Gown by Mike Benet - Size XS / Small (refer to exact measurements below). 1960s - 1970s. This beauty has such great detail.  White shimmery embroidered floral / daisy lace bodice with a high collar (which buttons in back with eyehooks), puffed balloon banded sleeves with ruffled trim and soft, sheer lining, and four round hot pink velvet covered decorative buttons down from collar.  Hot Pink Velvet Decorative Belt with bow in front and double eyehook closure in back, over the zipper.  Skirt is full length sheer white nylon blend overlay with white and pink Velvet Burnout Daisy and rectangular block verical prints.  Dress underlay is thick white nylon / blend, bodice is sleeveless square cut.  The unique design of this gown flirts with different fashion eras.  Seems an ode to The Regency, Georgian and/or The Victorian Fashion Era, with the whimsical combination of the high waisted belt and the puffed sleeves.
