**special note on arrival times**
International mail has taken anywhere from 7 days to a
month to arrive, (item can be held up in customs or at anywhere along
the line) this is just how the postal system works, we mail
things out the next day after the item is paid for and hopefully that
helps in getting the item to you as fast as the postal system can get it
there.
on jan 21 2018 the USPS changed their
mailing rules and i can no longer mail international using anything
other than package rates, which are triple what flat/env letter rates
are, unfortunately i have to change all my rates to package rates now to
keep my standing with USPS and ebay
