    SHIPPING TERMS

    Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Any time free shipping is offered it is may ONLY be available to the lower 48 states, additional S&H charges may apply to Alaska, Hawaii & PR. When free shipping is offered, we reserve the right to substitute UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail if costs to your address are substantially different. If your order is going by UPS, please provide a physical street address. UPS will not deliver to P.O. boxes. New items are typically shipped in their original packaging, although we may occasionally repackage items that have large display packages to reduce shipping costs and keep your prices low.

     SALE & REFUND TERMS:

    We're happy to offer exchanges or refunds subject to the following policies. Any item that needs to be returned must first receive approval. Shipping charges will not be refunded and actual shipping cost will be deducted from refund if free shipping was offered. Items will be subject to 20% re-stocking fee. Return may be rejected if item not in new condition unopened or installed. There are no returns or exchanges accepted on used items discontinued items or International shipments. Electrical items can not be returned for anything other than warranty, and most times the warranty has to be done with the manufacture directly. If an item you receive is damaged in shipping it is up to the buyer to file a claim with the shipping company.

    International Buyers – Please Note:

    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

    Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
