Return
We understand the challenges of online shopping, especially for fashion items. In order to offer customers worry-free shopping experiences, we offer 30 days free return and do not charge any restocking fee. The buyer will have 30 days from when the item has been received according to the tracking number to return the item. Item must come back in the same condition it was shipped (tags included or attached). We will pay for the return shipping and issue you a full refund for the item minus the original shipping charge if there was a shipping charged from the listing. If the item is damaged or there is a mistake on our part we will issue a full refund along with the original shipping charge. Shipping
Shipping Time: We try all of our best to ship within 1 business day after receiving your payment during Monday to Friday. All the items paid on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning.
International combined shipping: We always combine shipping for international customers. We offer free shipping for wallet and other accessory with the purchase of a bag. Please contact us to set up a private listing for your combined shipping order.
