Returns and refunds policy. Here at Tattoo-Care we have a returns policy that will give you 100% confidence in purchasing any products from us.

Returns - We have a 14 day return policy, from the date the item was delivered to the customer, we track all deliveries. Please call 07376 476 976 or email info@tattoo-care.co.uk. Please include your name and order number, and your reason for the return if you contact us via email.

Terms and Conditions of returns - Returned products must be in its original packaging, unopened and unused. It is the customers responsibility to get the item(s) back to us, so we would advise you to use a trackable delivery service. A full refund for the product will be processed within 1 working day of the item being delivered to us once the item has been inspected. We cannot be held responsible for delays in banks processing funds.
