The parts books are designed to

1) Know the car and engine you're looking for parts for.

2) Go to that particular parts list

3) Scroll through that relatively short list for the part # you need.

I'm trying to do it backwards, which requires be scanning 10s or 100s of pages of parts lists to find that application.

For the most part, I'm just not going to take the time to do that, so YOU NEED to make sure the part # being sold is correct for your application. 

What I will do is give the basic parts description, my guess on what year and model, based on the prefix of the part number.  Ex C5AZ = 1965 Ford various models and engines.
