This is a GORGEOUS 'new with tags' prom/pageant dress.  The brand is ALYCE PARIS and the style is #4055.  It is fully sparkling sequins and has a strappy back.  The color is 'forest green', but it is so dark that it looks black.  It has a plunging illusion neckline as can be seen in the photos.  THANKS FOR LOOKING!
