Measurements will be taken with item laying flat and unstretched , if item stretches quite a bit then the largest measurement will be included . Measurements will be rounded up or down so may not be exact.
Waist actual 46 to 50" Measured across top of waist side to side and then doubled .
Inseam actual 13" Measured crotch seam to bottom of hem
Rise actual 13" Measured front crotch seam to top of waist band.
Hip actual 52 to 58" measures at widest spot of hip usually just above bottom of zipper
Leg opening actual 12" Measured across leg opening .
I do my best to get correct measurements some items are difficult to get precise .
