Night Guard Returns

Night guards can be tricky as everyone's mouth and jaw shape is different and it may take trying a number of different brands to find the right one for you. Due to OHS we are unable to accept returns on opened or used night guards as they cannot be reused. Any warranties or guarantees need to be dealt with the manufacturer or brand directly as we do not have a warranty agreement in our contract. It is always up to their discretion whether they replace or credit a guard. By purchasing a night guard product from us you agree to these conditions and will not hold us liable if a night guard does not suit your requirements.

Delivery

Be cautious of other sellers who have their location showing within Australia, however orders are posted from a fulfilment centre outside Australia - It happens A LOT! We are a small business based in Adelaide and all stock is kept within our 24/7 temperature controlled store room to ensure product freshness. All orders are posted within one business day using Australia Post. Regular post on average takes 3-5 business days and express post on average takes 1-2 business days.
