Description/Synopsis:
Sirena, Lyla and Nixie are three young mermaids from the Mako Island pod. It is their sole duty to keep trespassers away from the magical Moon Pool, but on the night of a full moon, the mischievous mermaid girls neglect their duties. Zac, a land dweller, enters the Moon Pool and forms a special connection with Mako. He is given a fish-like tail and amazing powers. The mermaid pod is forced to leave Mako, leaving behind the three mermaid girls, who have been cast out of the pod. They know there's only one way they will be allowed to rejoin the pod: They must get legs, venture onto land and take back Zac's powers - or risk being outcasts forever. Notes:
New and sealed (shrinkwrapped). Some minor shelfwear on the corners and on the edges of the slipcases. Official and genuine Region B releases from Germany. Discs contain the original English language episodes without forced subtitles and dubbed German versions. These are German releases with German writing on the cases and on the inserts/covers. The age classification symbol on the front side of the slipcase is a removable sticker. Blu-Ray discs don't play on DVD players, to play them a Blu-Ray player is required. When experiencing playback problems with certain Blu-Ray discs a firmware update may be necessary. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Customs (UK):
All eBay UK listings include British VAT. With the exclusion of shipments to Northern Ireland eBay collects and remits UK VAT to HMRC. A customs declaration form is attached to all shipments and the shipping documents will bear evidence that VAT has been collected. With this information on the shipping documents and considering the item values, the shipments should clear customs quickly.
Customs (EU and Nothern Ireland):
Shipments to Northern Ireland and shipments to any EU country do not need a customs declaration.

Whether or not you're required to pay customs fees depends on the item value and the customs rules of your country.
Returns and Refunds:
Unless not stated otherwise in the description the items are new and sealed. Items may be returned within 30 days after receipt for a full refund of the initial payment (item price and delivery charges). Items have to be returned in the same condition they have been received. That means that new and sealed DVDs, Blu-Rays, CDs or other media can only be returned as long as they are still sealed. By breaking the seal on those items the unconditional right to return them and to cancel a purchase expires. Unless not agreed otherwise the buyer has to cover return postage and is responsible for choosing an appropriate shipping method. When an item is faulty it can be returned for an exchange and the return delivery cost will be refunded through eBay Payments. When an item is not as described (objectionable inaccuracies being limited to region coding, available languages and subtitles) it can be returned for a full refund including return delivery cost. Please note that incompatibility with the equipment (e.g. wrong region or buyer ordered a Blu-Ray instead of a DVD) does not qualify as deficiency.
