I am happy to combine postage and packaging on multiple items. Please get in touch prior to payment so that I may can combine postage costs and send an updated invoice amount to you. Items are typically dispatched the same day or day after payment by My Hermes although I quote to allow 2 business days. If you feel strongly about using a different courier then please get in touch before payment so that I can arrange an alternate delivery service. 

Returns and cancellations

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact me in the first instance so we can try to resolve the problem.

All items are checked when they are photographed and again when they are posted but we’re only human and acknowledge that mistakes can happen. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item or it is not as described please get in touch with me right away and send a photograph, so we can try to resolve.
