Returns:
You may return an unused item within 30 days for a refund or an alternative product. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty, or if the item was sent to you through our error. We will then issue a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions on returning the item. The customer pays all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty and the original shipping cannot be refunded. The item must be repackaged exactly as you received it with all manuals, leads accessories etc. The item must be unused with no marks or damage and it must be able to be resold as new. If these criteria are not met we will return the item to you. If it is returned in A1 - new condition there will not be a problem with a refund.
