❤ How to Customize ❤ 

Please leave personalization detail in the “Message to seller” box at checkout page:

• Your Custom Text (Name, Monogram etc, maximum 18 characters)

If you don't need customized text, please leave a note "NO CUSTOMIZATION".

We do not automatically send proof but please leave a note of "REQUEST PROOF" if you need one. If a proof is requested, the handling time will be extended for 3 to 5 business days.

❤ Shipping ❤ 

Standard shipping is 10-20 days to United States/United Kingdom/Canada/Australia and expedited shipping is 3-5 days. Both options available at checkout. If proof requested, another 3-5 days handling time will add to the shipping.

❤ Return & Replacement ❤ 

Due to the nature of customized products, we DO NOT accept return or replacement unless the item is proven to be faulty. Please read the listing description thoroughly and leave all necessary information (we will print exactly as you input so please pay attention to the spelling/caps).
