Nel 2003 la classe MotoGP ha visto l'arrivo di nuove case come Ducati e Kawasaki e gare cariche di adrenalina (che hanno spesso offerto duelli tra top riders come Valentino Rossi e Max Biaggi) hanno creato un livello di coinvolgimento nei giovani che ha incrementato ulteriormente la copertura di solito riservata a queste competizioni.
Panini, dopo i successi della collezione di trading cards MotoGP2003, si supera con la collezione MotoGP2004, offrendo ai fans un prodotto di altissima qualità con immagini, statistiche e informazioni biografiche sui piloti, le marche e i circuiti.
Nel dettaglio, la collezione presenta tutti i piloti della stagione 2004 per le 3 classi (125cc, 250cc e MotoGP); per ogni pilota vi è un'immagine in azione e un primo piano; i piloti sono anche mostrati "dietro le quinte", durante le attività quotidiane al paddock.
Ai migliori piloti del campionato 2003 nelle 3 classi è dedicata una sezione speciale mentre per ogni circuito, una card dedicata presenta la pianta, i dati tecnici ed immagini aeree.
La sezione "Extreme" raccoglie invece immagini acrobatiche, spettacolari e drammatiche della scorsa stagione, mentre le moto, con i rispettivi piloti, hanno spazio nella sezione "Bikers".

FEATURES
The collection features all the riders of the current season for the three classes (125cc, 250cc and MotoGP), each rider is featured in an action/race shot and a head & shoulder shot. MotoGP 2004 riders are also shown behind the scenes, during their daily activities whithin the paddock.
The top Riders of the 2003 Championship in the three classes are featured in winners review sections.
Interesting technical data, the map and an aerial shot of all circuits of the MotoGP 2004 championship are featured in the circuit subset.
Spectacular, acrobatic and dramatic moments of the races are captured in the pictures of the Extreme section. All motorcycles with their respective riders are featured in the Bikes section.
SPECIAL MATERIALS
The Riders cards are printed on a special holographic rainbow-reflections foil.
The MotoGP bikes and the Extreme section cards are printed on a high tech heavy PCV material.
All riders names in the standard cards are printed using a color metallized ink.
TEXT AND DATA
All text features are in English, Italian and Spanish, but most of the data is in numbers (riders' bios, honours' lists, circuits stats, etc.).
