First there's the bad news: the shutter is broken and will require a replacement in order to function properly.  The good news is if you're looking at this you know that this is an extremely rare opportunity to own a piece of camera history and you're likely not going to use this camera anyway!  Serial number #0773 is hard to beat in this models line.  I searched everywhere for other Model A or original Minolta-35s and they're almost impossible to come by.  If the shutter were in good condition this camera would be going for a lot more.

On the outside, this camera looks fairly good for its age and the glass is very clear.

Apart from the broken shutter, I'm not sure if there are any other issues.  This is definitely something you'll need to CLA if you want to try to restore it back to its former glory.  Again, for me it's about owning the history.

I can't stress enough that the camera is not functioning and will require some repairs.  Please take that into consideration before purchasing.

Thanks for looking and please let me know if you'd like to see more pictures or have any other questions!
