WE SPECIALIZE IN OLDER VINTAGE MOVIE WARDROBE AND HAVE THOUSANDS OF REAL MOVIE WORN ITEMS IN CURRENT INVENTORY!This is a Fabulous Vintage Dinner / Evening Dress we are offering. It is done in a lovely black crepe. The sleeves and yoke are done in a net lace with black piping sewn on in swirl patterns for texture. The net lace sleeves are actually a dark burgundy lace with the black piping over it. The bodice and sleeves are lined in a sheer buff material. The black dress underneath has a strapless sweetheart neckline as you can see in the picture. The gown fastens with a metal side zipper. It has a Western Costume Company label along with an INTERNATIONAL LADIES GARMENT WORKERS UNION label. This lovely Dress measures approximately 15 1/2" across the back shoulders; a 38"/40" bust; 34" waist and is about 43" from the back neckline to the hem. NOTE: Some of the piping has come unstitched and needs to be re-tacked; the side seams need to be re-stitched as there are a few areas where the stitching is gone - there are no tears - it is all on the seams. REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A REAL PIECE OF MOVIE HISTORY and WAS WORN IN MORE THAN ONE PRODUCTION! Please keep in mind the AGE of this dress! This is a beautiful collectable and needs to be seen to be appreciated.
