WE SPECIALIZE IN OLDER VINTAGE MOVIE WARDROBE AND HAVE THOUSANDS OF REAL MOVIE WORN ITEMS IN CURRENT INVENTORY!This is a Fabulous Vintage Day Dress / Period Character Dress we are offering. It is done in a lovely butter yellow cottn eyelet. The eyelet pattern is of dragonfly's as you can see in the close up of the bodice - they are in white stitching! The bodice has 2 small pleats horizontal across the bust and 2 on each shoulder with small cuffed cap sleeves. It has a peter pan collar and fastens at the back neckline with one small covered button and loop, along with a side zipper. The skirt is pleated at the side front and in back and has the double pleats horizontal every 7" - 7 1/2" down with a long ruffled bottom. This fabulous period dress still has its original belt. It has a Western Costume Company label; both the belt and the dress have a barcoded archived label from Western Costume Company. This lovely Dress measures approximately 16" across the back shoulders; 37"/38" bust; 26" waist and about 48" from the back neckline to the hem. NOTE: There is a fray / tear at the top of the left shoulder; very light fraying at the fold of the cuffs at center top only; and a few spots on the ruffle of the skirt. REMEMBER THAT THIS IS A REAL PIECE OF MOVIE HISTORY and WAS WORN IN MORE THAN ONE PRODUCTION! Please keep in mind the AGE of this dress! This is a beautiful collectable and needs to be seen to be appreciated.
