A special thank you to Mme Palmyre Giles ( daughter of Albert Giles) for information on this beautiful piece. The design ( drawing) was done by Albert Giles during the 1960's. This is made of solid copper and the enamel was all done by hand by her mother. The copper is lacquered to prevent tarnishing. The family has carried on this art tradition and still run the art studio and museum in Quebec, Canada.
