The 27dBm Transceiver operates on all 2.4GHz, Wi-Fi systems, so you'll always be able to connect to wireless networks wherever you may roam. The Transceiver is Wi-Fi compliant, supporting both 802.11g and 802.11b and works with both Mac OS 9.2 and OS 10.x systems. This product is designed especially for Apple's AirPort Extreme wireless systems. 

Apple wireless products have an RF output of less than 50mW; while our 27dBm Transceiver pumps out 500mW. That's how you get the wireless range you need and the signal strength that makes it usable
