What phone’s work with Jethro Mobile?
Most phones will work with Jethro Mobile. Keep in mind they must be compatible 4G VOLTE or higher, compatible, and unlocked.


Are there any hidden fees or charges I may encounter?
No, our service is prepaid. You will not be charged any hidden fees.


Will I be charged extra for international calling?
No, international calling is included. You can call 80+ countries unlimited.


Can I keep my current phone number?
Yes, we can port your phone number to Jethro Mobile. To do so, we need some information for your previous carrier including the account and PIN number. Also, make sure there is no port protection on your phone number. Wireless ports take anywhere from 5 minutes up to 24 hours while landline ports can take up to 10 business days.


Can I set up auto-renewal?
Yes, you can enable auto-renewal and be billed on regular intervals. Also, auto-renewal can be canceled at anytime and you won’t be charged for doing so.

How to Activate

With a New Number

  1. Go to www.jethromobile.com
  2. Select “Activate” in the top right hand corner
  3. Log into your Jethro Mobile account or create an account
  4. Enter your SIM card number that starts with 89 (no need to include the F)
  5. Provide your email, name, and address where you will be using the service (the address is used to provide you with a local phone number
  6. Submit your activation and wait 5 minutes for us to email your phone number
  7. Insert your SIM card (if you haven’t already), turn your phone off and back on again, and enjoy your service


Pro tip: connect to Wi-Fi calling for even better reception.


Bring my Existing Number to Jethro Mobile

  1. Go to www.jethromobile.com
  2. Select “Activate” in the top right hand corner
  3. Log into your Jethro Mobile account or create an account
  4. Enter your SIM card number that starts with 89 (no need to include the F)
  5. Select “Port an Existing Number”
  6. Provide your email, name, phone number you want to port, account number, PIN number, billing address on your previous carrier’s account, and name on that account
  7. Submit your activation and wait for us to email you to let you know that your port was successful
  8. Insert your SIM card (if you haven’t already), turn your phone off and back on again, and enjoy your service

 

Refunds
A refund may be requested within 14 calendar days of activating your sim card or within 30 calendar days for sim cards that have not been activated for any reason as long as he usage is below 30 talk minutes, 30 text messages or 30 MB of data. It is not required to physically return the sim card, therefore we do not offer refunds on shipping and handling. The refund may take 3-5 business days to be processed upon approval. If the refund is approved your line will be deactivated or if the sim card is not activated any credit will be removed. Any data added to your account after activation is not eligible for a refund.
