Tulsi or Holy Basil is the most sacred plant in Hinduism, but has also played a role in Christianity. Closely intertwined with Lakshmi and Krishna. It is believed to nurture devotion and love, and bring about luck, prosperity, abundance and wealth. It is also the symbol of Motherhood.
