These are die-cut vinyl & are one color with no background. These stickers will stick to any type of smooth surface that is clean including windows, cell phones, laptops, mirrors, tablets, etc. The sticker comes applied with transfer tape. All you have to do is peel it, stick it, rub it down than peel off the transfer tape & just the color will stay.
