PRE-ORDER ITEM - WHAT'S THAT MEAN?

I accept orders on a pre-order basis which means that once I've received your order, it goes into my production schedule and I hand-cast, finish and ship each item within about four weeks from the date of purchase.  Sometimes quicker, sometimes a bit longer.

This is the time it takes BEFORE your package is actually dropped off.  As you can read in my feedback however, you'll find that the quality you receive is well worth the wait!  I DO sometimes require some additional time due to overall volume or individual complexity but I will do my best to get your order out as near to the estimated date as possible.

Please take note of the Order Details receipt for an estimate on when your item will be delivered as well as the listing for any alterations to projected handling times.

Handling Time = Business Days only counts Monday-Friday; so actual time from date of purchase to when your package is dropped off will be about 6 calendar weeks with 30 business days cited.

Shipping Label Created = The notification system can be a bit confusing so just to clarify, when a shipping label has been created, even if the automated notice says, "Your order has shipped", it does NOT mean necessarily that your order is complete and the package actually in transit; it just means that the shipping label has been created.

Package Dropoff = Once the order is actually completed and the package has been given to the mail carrier, the tracking for your shipping label will be updated from, "Information received/Label created" to "USPS in receipt of item" -- until this update is made, your order is NOT yet en route.

Once your shipping label is ran, I suggest using usps.com's automated update service to receive notifications.  You can go to the site and register for it once your label is created.

Just, "add items to cart", and, "request an invoice from seller."  If you have any difficulty, message me for a custom listing with combined shipping!

Shipping labels via USPS are ran about one week before order is dropped off.  Once the label is ran, you can enter the tracking number at usps.com and sign up for automated updates.

Due to volume of inquiries, response-time will be slow for any question which is answered in the body of the listing and may wind up being lost to the four winds.

As a rule, I do not accept returns and all sales are final.  But, as I say above, I am dedicated to delivering on what I promise so I am always willing to work with reasonable customers.  Just get in touch and we'll see about working something out.

No exceptions; payment due within 3 days or order will be canceled, final value fee sought and buyer blocked.
