Souvenir Cup, Marcellus, Mich
@1900 Verde Custard Vaseline.
Glows in Black light.
This lovely souvenir CUP stands 2 1/4" tall, & 4 1/2" wide (handle included), 1 1/4" foot.
The cup over all is free of chips, nicks or cracks. It's a heavy little cup for it's size, with a polished base. There are a few shelf marks on the bottom where it sat on display during its lifetime.
This Verde Custard was only made by a few companies during the late 1800s, early 1900s. and most often made during the turn of the nineteenth century. One exception is McKee who made a few pieces in this color through the mid 1900s. I'm not sure of the maker of the cup.
It glows brilliantly under a black light.
