These are very cute handcrafted feather pictures by Feather Crafts-Nona Gardel of Crosby, ND.  One has a few feathers missing from the top of the flower which I have tried to point out in the pictures above.  You don't notice it so much because it just looks like the design of the flower.   The frame is wood and very sturdy.  The frame can also be repurposed if you so choose.
