This item is a suitable replacement top cap for any bicycle that has a 1 1/8" steerer tube.

Extremely easy to install! Simply remove your existing top cap with an allen / hex key and replace with your new top cap by either reusing your existing top cap bolt if you have selected a cap only option or the new stainless steel (A2/70 Stainless M6 x 35mm) bolt supplied if you have chosen a cap + bolt option. Please note that the bolt is for pretension / preloading the headset so that you can tighten your stem bolts. The top cap bolt should only be tightened to 4 to 5nm. Please do NOT over tightening the top cap! It may result in damaging it.
