Shipping Information

Due to our geographic location our post is collected at 8am Monday to Saturday.
Orders received overnight will be proccessed and in the post the same day.

Special delivery orders received after our 8am deadline will be dispatched the following morning (Monday - Saturday).
Most of our orders are sent via Royal Mail. Due to the low value of the majority of our items it is not cost effective to send orders with tracking.

Any order weighing over 2kg will be dispatched via a 48hour courier fully tracked.

Returns Information

We offer an extended 60 day returns policy,

however if the item arrives damaged we require notification within 3 days to enable us to make a claim against the postal service.

Return postal costs are the customers responsibilty unless the item is faluty or damaged
