Payments

Shipments go out Monday through Friday and your package will be sent out within one business day of payment.  With echeck payments, it will be sent out once the payment has cleared.

Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted.  You must return within 30 days and the product must be in new condition with original packaging still intact.  Buyer should email before returning any item and is responsible for shipping both ways.   Refunds will be price of item minus postage cost to send original package to you.  For exchanges, you are responsible for shipping both ways.

If there is a damaged item, please let us know as soon as possible.
