The Buyer may use the box or container that the Seller used to deliver the item to the Seller so long as the box or container is not damaged. HOWEVER, THE SELLER IS NEVERTHELESS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THAT THE PACKAGING MATERIALS ADEQUATELY PROTECT THE ITEM DURING RESHIPPING to ensure the item is delivered safely. Should the item be damaged upon its return to the Seller, the Buyer shall not be entitled to a refund. 9. For any defective item received by the Buyer, an exchange will first be offered. Only if the Seller is out of stock on the item will the Seller then be required to accept a return. The National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (“ASE”) is a professional certification group that certifies professionals and shops in the automotive repair and service industry in the United States and parts of Canada. The Seller shall be required to replace an item deemed to be defective so long as the item has been declared defective by an ASE CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN with a paid receipt stating so within the 30 day warranty time frame. THE BUYER ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SHIPPING THE OLD ITEM BACK TO US AS WELL AS PAYING FOR THE REPLACEMENT TO BE SENT OUT. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! 11. For any and all returns, the BUYER ASSUMES COMPLETE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR SENDING THE ITEM BACK TO THE SELLER REGARDLESS WHETHER THE ITEM WAS DEFECTIVE OR ANY OTHER REASON. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS! 12. As to any defective item returned by the Buyer, the Buyer shall be required to provide verified proof from an ASE Certified Mechanic reflecting the reason(s) why the item is defective, along with a receipt, invoice, or other documentation which confirms the reasons why the item is defective. Items that are damaged after receipt by the Buyer or during installation are exempt and shall not be accepted by the seller. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. 13. If the Buyer opens a case or dispute with Paypal, Ebay or any other payment processing company, the Buyer shall be required to upload a copy of the invoice/receipt from the Buyer’s ASE mechanic stating that the item is defective as well as the technician’s full name, phone number and copy of the mechanic’s ASE Certification. Failure to provide these documents will void the warranty entirely as well as the opportunity to exchange the item or receive a refund. 14. All the Seller’s items reflect the Seller’s signature marking for identification purposes prior to shipment. All returned items must continue to bear these signature identification markings. Any items returned without our signature mark shall not qualify for a refund. 15. All air bag and dashboard sales are final. There are absolutely no returns on any air bags or dashboards. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. 16. If an item initially arrives defective, all replacement items will be sent through standard shipping services rather than any expedited service such as FedEx Smart Post or USPS Parcel Post and may not contain tracking information. Expedited shipping with tracking is available at an additional expense to the Buyer. The Seller offers free expedited shipping only for the initial purchase. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. 17. The Seller will ship the replacement part between 1 - 7 business days. 18. The Seller is not responsible for any breaches of warranty, express or implied, which are not otherwise reflected herein. We will not be held responsible for any damages to the vehicle in which the item is installed in or other damage or loss to property which exceeds the price of the item purchased. 19. As to any items ordered by the Buyer which requires any body cuts, Dashboards, or Air Bags there shall be no returns. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. A body cut is defined as the outer metal, fiberglass, etc., shell of an automobile as opposed to its chassis. 20. All sales on glass parts are final. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS 21. For any items damaged or lost while in transit, the Seller shall submit a claim for damaged/lost merchandise. Only upon the Seller receiving the refund from the shipping company, shall the Buyer be refunded. If the shipping company denies the claim however, the Buyer shall not receive a refund. Should this occur, the Buyer is not entitled to any refund or damages. The Seller shall assume no financial responsibility to reimburse the Buyer whatsoever. 22. Venue. Any litigation which may ensue shall be brought in Broward County, Florida. 23. As to all items which are designated by the Seller as “DAMAGED” or ‘AS IS,” there are absolutely no returns, refunds or exchanges available. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. 24. All electronic items such as Instrument Gauge Clusters, Engine Computers, Any Electrical Sensors, Climate Controls, Speakers, Headlight Switches, Window Switches, Windshield Wiper Switches, Radios, and Lighting Components have only a 30 day warranty from date of delivery. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. 25. The Seller recommends that the Buyer verify the color of any item he or she purchases. The Buyer assumes FULL RESPONSIBILITY for confirming the color on any item prior to purchase. If the Buyer buys the item and discovers the item is not the color he or she believed it was, then the Buyer shall assume all financial responsibility to return the item in proper condition and shall be subject to the Sellers’ 20% restocking fee and the Seller’s original shipping costs. It is highly recommended that the buyer contact the seller to verify the color of the item prior to purchase. 26. The Buyer assumes full responsibility to ensure that their registered address on both eBay and Paypal is completely accurate and up to date! We assume no financial responsibility for refunding Buyers who have provided inaccurate shipping information, who have moved and/or forgotten to update their current address. We will only ship to the registered Paypal/eBay address. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. 27. FOR FREIGHT DELIVERIES, A COMMERCIAL ADDRESS IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Buyers failing to pay the additional surcharge shall have their orders canceled and be blocked immediately from making future purchases! Should a Buyer refuse a freight delivery, the Buyer shall be held accountable for all shipping costs, both to the Buyer and back to the Seller, as well as the aforementioned re-stocking fee. 28. Buyers threatening to withhold an item until they are refunded are in violation of eBay’s return policy and will be reported to eBay. 29. Buyers attempting to open a charge-back through either their credit card company, bank or any other financial institution either before or after Paypal, eBay or any other payment processing company has ruled a dispute or claim in Seller’s favor will still be subject to Seller’s return policy. Should this occur, a copy of the Seller’s return policy will be sent to the financial institution for review. 30. In the event of a return we reserve the right to ask the buyer to submit video evidence of the defective item. The buyer can then either send it to us through MMS or upload it to youtube and provide the link. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS 31. All transmissions being sold with extended warranties (I.E. Longer than our regular 30 day warranty, such as a 3 year extended plan) Must comply with the following: Buyer must only use OEM Factory transmission fluid as recommended by their users manual or dealership, Buyer must provide a receipt(s) showing the purchase of the OEM Factory transmission fluid as recommended by their users manual or dealership, Buyer must provide an invoice(s) from their ASE Certified Technician stating upon installation they utilized the OEM Factory transmission fluid as recommended by their users manual or dealership, Buyer must provide copies of the VIN Number to their vehicle, their drivers license and registration showing proof of ownership of the vehicle. Buyer must provide all invoices showing that they successfully maintained maintenance on their transmission. For example, if they had the transmission for 2 years and during those two years they put an additional 31,000 miles on the transmission and the owners manual states that every 10,000 miles a transmission fluid change is necessary the buyer must provide three invoices with the mileage written on each invoice, stating the transmission fluid was changed within the mileage limit, if the buyer goes over the mileage limit by more than 5 miles the extended warranty will be voided. Buyer assumes full financial responsibility in shipping the defective transmission back to us, if the buyer does not wish to ship the transmission back to us we can also charge a $200 core charge however one of the two must be done before the replacement transmission is sent out. After receiving the transmission or core charge payment the buyer must pay a flat rate $275 freight shipping charge for their replacement transmission (MUST BE DELIVERED TO A BUSINESS ADDRESS). Failure to comply with any of these terms will result in the void of their extended warranty. 32. Any buyer who opens a return without contacting us first or leaves a negative / neutral feedback will be blocked from making any additional purchases indefinitely. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. |
