I've learned that there were no printed tickets to Bukowski's final live reading, so this is the last time tickets were printed for a Bukowski reading. 

When it's gone it's gone, and you won't find another one. 🙂

This is an unused ticket from the penultimate Bukowski reading in Vancouver in 1979. There is a DVD release of this reading called, "There's Gonna Be a God Damn Riot in Here." There is also an excerpt from this reading in the documentary, "Born Into This."

He did only one reading after this, in Redondo Beach, CA. 

The original address was crossed out due to a last-minute venue change. That was done by the ticket seller in 1979. I think it's safe to say this is one of a kind.
