I mainly use tracked mail unless it is much cheaper not to in which case I obtain a proof of posting. Postage costs reflect courier prices + ebay and PayPal fees and are not determined for profit. I am happy to combine postage on multiple items, just wait for me to invoice before paying. Free post items can sometimes be discounted where more than 1 item is purchased. I will state if the item will be sent untracked, if you do not request your item tracked and pay the extra to do so you accept all postal risk.

I only sell items in the condition I would be happy to buy them in however as a prrosnal seller I do not accept returns. If there is a defect and I am aware of it I will be completely honest. I know how disappointed I am when I receive something that is not obviously damaged and the seller's response is 'sold as seen'. My feedback reflects this. In the unlikely event there is a problem please work with me to resolve it before posting any negative feedback and ruining my track record.
