An email will be sent to you confirming your order, please note that it will state that your order
has been dispatched but no part at this point will be dispatched, please send your part to us for
repair
How does this service works?
- When purchasing this service, the customer is required to send the faulty part to us.
- Once we have received the part, it will be inspected and tested by our engineers to assess any faults
- If your part is in repairable condition, then we will repair this for you. If there are any issues, you will be contacted by our Customer Service Team
- Once repaired, we will send your part back to you
ADVANCE REPLACEMENT SERVICE
Upon selecting this service you are purchasing a DIRECT PART from us, but you have the option to
send your old part to us for a partial refund.
This service will entitle you to a £30 refund only if::
- Your old part is in a repairable condition
- Your part is not burned, or water damaged beyond repair
- We receive the part within 14 DAYS of the purchase
The customer is responsible for all postage and packaging costs.
The original invoice and contact details must be sent to us with the part to allow for a refund.

We provide free first-class postage for UK and mainland areas. Orders must be placed
before 3 pm Monday to Friday for same-day dispatch. If purchased Saturday, Sunday and
Bank Holidays, it will be processed and dispatched the next working day.
DELIVERY TIME
We offer free next day delivery on orders over £35.
All parts ordered before 3pm Monday – Friday will be dispatched the same day, (Friday
orders will be delivered the next working day), however next day delivery cannot be
guaranteed.
WARRANTY
All our products are subject to 1 YEAR WARRANTY.
All warranty returns must be sent with a copy of the invoice and contact details.
Once received our engineers will test the part and if required one of our Customer
Services specialists will contact you with an update.
Exclusions to warranty:
Fans: Fan coils and motors failing due to boiler overheating will not be covered
under warranty.
For Electronic parts such as Printed Circuit Boards (PCB): if the parts have
experienced any water damage or external electrical shortage this will not be covered by
warranty.
Failures or defects caused by misuse.
RETURNS POLICY
Complete the return form and provide return reasons.
If the part you received is faulty, we will refund postage up to £6.50.
A 20% restocking fee is applied if returned items are not faulty.
If your part is lost or the incorrect item has been sent out, we will arrange a
collection and issue the appropriate replacement.
Your refund will be processed via the original payment method.

This part fits following boilers: Parts fitted by a non Gas Safe Registered person, broken, cracked, burnt or water-damaged parts are excluded from Warranty Service. If we are unable to refurbish your part due to excess damage and you would like us to return your part, you will be required to pay the postage.

Items with free delivery will be dispatched same day with Royal Mail 2nd Class standard postage unless opted out for 1st class delivery. Please keep in mind that delivery dates depend on Royal Mail and not us.

DIRECT SALE: This is when you buy the part outright without needing to send your part back to us.
REFURBISHMENT (EXCHANGE) SERVICE: When you select this service, you agree to send your faulty item to our address to be refurbished and sent back to you. Our price includes delivery to you and you would need to pay the postage to send the item to us. In most cases we refurbish and send the item back the same day of receiving it, please select next day delivery option during checkout to receive the item back with 24h delivery.
Please send your faulty part to our collection address with your contact and transaction details inside the package.
ADVANCE REPLACEMENT SERVICE: This service is for customers who would like to receive replacement part without sending the faulty one back to us first. We will send you a replacement part the same working day and charge you a £30.00 deposit for your faulty part. Once we have received your faulty part we will refund your £30.00 deposit. Please choose this service if your faulty part is in a repairable condition. If the part is burnt, broken or cracked and not repairable we may refuse to issue a refund for your deposit.
Please keep in mind that if Exchange Service option is the only choice available, we may not have a part in stock to send out first, we can only refurbish your own part.
We offer 12 months warranty for our refurbished items, your receipt is your proof of warranty therefore please keep it somewhere safe.
