Payment

• Payment can be made through PayPal.
• Customers are responsible for any taxes/duties that their customs might claim.
• Israeli customers will be charged additional 17% VAT.

Shipping

• The earrings are shipped with Express mail service from Israel (with tracking no. and insurance) within 3 business days from cleared payment. It usually takes 5-10 days to arrive.
• I do my best to make sure your order arrives safely. Your jewelry will be carefully packaged in a gift box, and shipped in a padded envelope.

Returns and Refunds

• You can return the item within 30 days of receipt and receive refund.
• Please notify me in order to coordinate return shipping.
• The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in its original package (buyer pays return shipping).
• Refunds will be issued once I receive the item back.
