Saw palmetto is a species of palm  packed with health benefits. Promising research shows that saw palmetto may help increase testosterone levels, improve prostate health, reduce inflammation, prevent hair loss, boost help libido and enhance urinary tract function

This causes a specific set of symptoms, including irregular or heavy menstrual periods, excess body and facial hair, and acne.

RECOMMENDED USE:

1) Mix a ¼ - ½ of a teaspoon (0.75g-1.5g) of this mixture into half a cup of hot water.

2) Leave to diffuse for 5-10 minutes, adding a teaspoon of honey if desired. Consume the liquid entirely and any remaining powder left in the cup.

3) Drink regularly 2-3 times a day before every meal.

Alternatively, take half an hour after meals if you have a sensitive stomach.  The mixture can also be added to a natural yogurt, juice, smoothie or stirred into breakfast porridge/cereal.  

Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance of this food supplement. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
