Autel IM508 Brief introduction :
Autel MaxiIM IM508 is a groundbreaking tool that applying to both key programming and vehicle diagnosis and maintenance.
Based on continuous innovation, Autel has launched the MaxiIM IM508 to perform IMMO functions, such as Key Learning, Remote Control Learning, Remote Control Add, etc. It can perform Key Programming, accessing the key chips, reading, retrieving, and writing key information, as well as other key-related functions.
XP200 is specially designed to read Volkswagen vehicle key chip data, clone and generate exclusive keys, read/write on-board EEPROM data, and read/write Freescale 9S12 MCUs.
Note: Compared with the others IM508 on the market, this IM508 will not be restricted by IP address. It also supports multiple languages.

The Programming application requires a connection between the tablet and the XP200, and no vehicle connection is required.

It has wide vehicle coverage so it can work on Toyota, Honda, Infiniti, Kia, Nissan, Subaru, Suzuki, Mazda, Lexus, Dodge, GM, and so on.

Smart Mode & Expert Mode
IMMO application provides two ways of operation—Smart Mode and Expert Mode, which only exist in Autel, are for Key Learning, Remote Control Learning, Remote Control Add, etc. Smart Mode provides step-by-step instructions. Just select “Yes” to finish. Expert Mode provides individual IMMO functions that skilled technicians need. All the function options in this mode are separated segments.
OE-Level & Full-System Diagnosis
Autel IM508 allows for precise analyses that can lead to the right direction of repair, just as accurate as of the OE-level tools. The IM508 diagnostic tool scans all the vehicle modules, including, but not limited to PCMăECMăEPSăPDMăBCMăTPMăSCCM…and covers prime systems such as ABS, SRS, Engine Systems, Transmission System, Brake System, etc.
