A full circle track requires 16pcs curved rails. 
A full oval track requires 16pcs curved rails and 8pcs straight rails at least.
A "8" shape track requires 24pcs curved rails + 8pcs straight rails + 1pcs cross track.
 
These tracks do not conduct electricity as they are designed for new style, power functions trains or push along trains. Old 9v trains will not work on these tracks.
 
Please note that because of the way some parts and instructions are packaged in sets, some minor wearing and / or scratching (especially on larger parts) is inevitable.
